You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include any tags or accessories that came with it
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (if worn or opened)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival

❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
